Cara is one of the EDSBC freedivers. She started diving in Cawston, British Columbia and has since explored the coast of British Columbia on breath hold. 

 

Cara is a registered professional Biologist, working as a consultant and guide. She is a leisure sports enthusiast, backcountry skier, and musician.

As a biologist, she sees our Canadian coast with deeper meaning. To Cara, new locations are new relationships to the world. It brightens her life to discover new places and creatures, with good friends.
